FAQs

Please register with us on the Order Now page for all orders.

For orders from the catalog, a price list will be sent to you for wholesale, customized and sample orders and the price list will also have details on how to order and pay.

For orders with the Design Your Line service, a style sheet will be sent to you once you register with us. You can return the style sheet to us with details of the design filled in and we will send you a price quote for your design.

For orders of the Pick of the Season pack, payment instructions will be sent to help you complete your order.

We will get started on your order as soon as we receive your payment.

Please register with us on the Order Now page to get samples. We do not give free samples. Once you register, you will be sent a price list for the catalog with details on how to pay for samples.

Sampling orders take 10-25 days depending on the number of samples required.

You can check on details of sizing on our Sizing page. However, Strawberry Stripes custom makes every order so if you have special requirements, we would be happy to send you a sizing sheet where you can fill out your individual requirements. Pick of the Season orders follow our sizing chart.

Each Strawberry Stripes garment is individually hand embroidered and stitched. In general, the handcrafting for a wholesale order could take anywhere between 4-8 weeks; and this could extend to longer periods for very large orders. We’re sure you will find the wait has been worth it. We will provide you with delivery schedules when you confirm your order.

You could use one of the following modes:

  1. Cashiers check payable to “Strawberry Stripes” sent to our Mailing Address.
  2. A bank to bank wire transfer payable to “Strawberry Stripes”. Please mail us for more information on bank transfer details if this is the preferred payment mode.

At present, Strawberry Stripes does not accept credit card or online payments.

There are two options available for shipping.

  1. Prepaid: Air freight the parcels through UPS. The consignment will then reach you in about 4-7 working days. Shipping is paid by us and will be added in our prices.
  2. Freight Collect: If you already have an account with Fedex/ DHL/ UPS with special rates, do let us know. We could then courier it, freight collect, under your account number. In this case, shipping is paid by you directly to the shipping company and will not be included in our prices.

You can choose the mode of shipping when confirm and pay for your order.

Shipping for the Pick of the Season order is free to many destinations. Check on the special FAQ section of Pick of the Season for more details.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package. When you send us your order we will check on the weight of the garments you have ordered and calculate the cost of shipping. We will send you this information along with the price quote.

Our price quote will not include import duties / customs charges levied by your customs or clearing agents on entry into your country. These have to be borne by you. You can check with your shipping / clearing agent (i.e, UPS, Fedex, DHL) on prevailing rates.

No, there is no minimum order quantity for orders from placed from our catalog or orders under the Design Your Line service. You could place your order for any quantity, style and size you want. Better prices are available when your order quantity is large.

Orders placed as part of the Pick of the Season pack are for fixed quantities as specified in the Pick of the Season offer

We can make the garments under your name label. There is no additional cost if the labels are supplied by you. If the labels are to be made by us, we will charge you for the cost of making the labels.

Strawberry Stripes will be happy to produce garments to your specifications/ designs. Check out our Design Your Line service.

If you would like to have our designs made for you in alternative fabrics or alternative colors, please Contact Us with your requirements and we would be happy to source alternative fabrics for you.

Strawberry Stripes makes its clothes only on specific orders from customers. We do not accept cancellations of orders that have been confirmed and paid for.

We take great care to make sure our garments meet the highest standards. In the unlikely event that you do find a manufacturing defect, you can return the garment. Please e-mail us (within 1 week of receipt of goods) with details of any defects and we will inform you of the procedure to return them. You can exchange defective goods for any other garments available with us at that time or take credit against future purchases. The garments must be returned to us at your cost. We are not responsible for any losses in transit.

Our garments comply with CPSIA limits for lead content. If you need a test report confirming this, please e-mail us at the time of placing the order and we will be happy to e mail the test report to you when your order ships out. Testing of garments for wholesale orders (order size of over 40 garments per style) and Pick of the Season orders is free. An additional charge of US$ 30 per style will be charged for testing smaller orders and sampling orders.

All you need to know about our Pick of the Season Offer

Currently the destinations eligible for free shipping are metro areas of UK, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, Canada. However in all these countries, there will be an additional delivery charge if our shipping agency determines that it is an “extended area remote delivery”. We will let you know when we get your order booking and before you pay, if delivery to your address requires you to pay an additional shipping charge.

We do not at present have a secure online payment facility.
You can only pay by check or wire transfer. When we confirm your order we will email you details on how payment can be made in the currency of your country.

The Pick of the Season price does not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges into your country. These are extra and have to be paid for by you. We usually ship via UPS, you could check with them on current import costs into your country.
